Site Appraisals

If you own land, agricultural buildings that you would like to develop or would like an extension to your home we can make an assessment and provide you with an honest opinion of the possibilities. We can tell you if planning applications are likely to be granted or simply will not be possible. If you are thinking of buying land or a property we can make an appraisal before you put in an offer. This can potentially save you a considerable amount of money.

Planning Applications

We have over 25 years of planning experience. We have built up good relations with many planning departments in the south east and will liase with planning officers on your behalf to ensure that we submit a planning application that is satisfactory for both you and the planning department. Being a period property specialist we lso have great knowledge of building conservation and work closely with the conservation officers within planning departments.

Planning Refusals/Appeals

If you have had a planning refusal from the planning department we can help. With our experience of the planning system we can re-submit applications and liase with planning officers. We also have experience of submitting planning appeals.

Neighbouring Applications

Do you have a neighbour who is submitting a planning application that will adversely affect you? We can help to resolve any issues by negotiating with the neighbour's planning agent and/or the planning department.

Specialist Property

As part of a listed property application we can arrange an archaeological report that will date your house, provide material analysis of your house and give a detailed report of the history of your house. This is usually conducted as part of a listed property planning application but is an extremely interesting item to have that is unique to your home.

Building Regulations

We can prepare and submit a building regulations application to ensure your project complies with the latest standards. Structural engineering and quantity surveying services are also provided.

Consultancy Services

We offer specialist consultancy services. We can work with your building contractor (we can recommend companies in your area - south east) to ensure that all work is carried out to the specific requirements as detailed in your plans. We have many years experience and knowledge of working with traditional materials and the techniques required to apply them.

We work in the south east area. Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, we can travel further afield by negotiation. Some areas may incur a travel fee if over 50 miles away.
